Dear Claudia,
I love your recipes. Just like my dear mama used to make before she passed 18 months ago. I’ve been searching for a recipe for Pascha but couldn’t find on your website. Can you help please. Lesia
Thank you for putting this web page together. All the recipes that I have tried turned out wonderful. Just looking through them brings back many good memories.
Once recipe that is missing and should be included on your website is a recipe for fresh baked bread. I have tried some other recipes but they never quite turned out the way that I wanted them to. Do you have a bread recipe that you can share?
I am looking and can’t find it.. baked perih with potato and kasha, dough on the outside and potato filling on the inside. never got the receipt and would love to make it.
Could you please help.
Thank you in advance. Roma

I was wondering if you have ever had something called collasha (not sure if that is the Ukranian way of spelling it), but I remember my mom used to make it, and can’t even remember what went into it. But if you do have something like it, please let me know, I would appreciate it. Thanks
Hi I love your recipes and I wonder if you can help me finding the recipe of a traditional Ukrainian cake made with cookie dough cooked as crumbles and condensed milk, I tried in a party and loved it but i have no idea whats the name or how to make it.
I love all your recipes and I have tried up to 10 of them and they are delish but please can you add a vanilla cake recipe cause I wanna make one and give it to my family as a thank you for all they have done for me and I am asking you because your cakes always come out so good😌
I grew up next to a Ukranian family and love the honey cake that they made and generously give to us. I remember it being so dark that as a small child I thought it was chocolate. I would love to find that receipe and try to make it myself. So many treats as a child and I love your recipes as they remind me of her wonderful cooking. Thank you for these tastes down memory lane.
