        Hi. I just made two roaster pan of Holubsti. Stuffed cabbage. I am Ukrainian but I Americanized the recipe. I usd raw
        Ground chuck and Bob Evans hot sausage. Onion. 1/2 salsa,
        One egg salt pepper and garlic powder. Sauce: tomato soup,
        Salsa and two cans-diced tomato. 1 can water. Spicy n good
        1 egg an

    I have just subscribed as I find your recipe collection intriguing and nostalgic. I was raised in a Russian-Mennonite environment, and many of your dishes are reminiscent of that cuisine. I can’t wait to try your spin on favourites from my childhood to the present. Thank you for sharing, and keep up the good work!
    I posted a similar collection, but it was lost by my internet service provider and I have been unable to locate or recreate it.

    Hi Claudia, could you gives the weight of your ingredients in gms – I find it much more simole than the American cup. I never know what size cup. Thankyou.

      Google has some great tools that you can use for conversion. I use it all the time.
