We had the good fortune of being featured by fellow blogger and foodie, “The Media Chef” Kathryne Grisim in the Spring 2011 issue of Dish Magazine. Kathryne reached out to us a few months ago in the dead of winter to tell readers what foods/meals remind us of spring. Immediately, I thought of Joey Restaurant’s Viva Salad.
